I am thinking of moving to utah any advice?

I know 2 people who are, drug addicts, alcoholics, long record with the law, lost there kids as in taken away, they moved there to start over. They really like it there, alcohol and drugs are harder to come by. They have straightened out alot, employement is better than most states.
